Compensation Associate - Total Rewards

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to support compensation strategies, programs, and solutions to ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Partner with Executive Compensation and Incentive Design teams to administer and deliver reporting
• Manage compensation updates in Workday, including base pay updates, one-time payments, and year-end reviews
• Pull, review, and analyze intricate employee data using advanced Excel functions
• Support various HR initiatives, including M&A transition processes and employee stock purchase plans
• Maintain strict adherence to established procedures, controls, and documentation requirements
• Provide information and support to managers, colleagues, and stakeholders regarding compensation inquiries

Requirements

• 6+ months of Compensation or Analytics experience (or equivalent through education/training)
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including data modeling, formulas, pivot tables, macros, and VBA
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and interpret complex data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and a risk/control mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in total rewards design and delivery
• Knowledge of Workday and process design
• Experience with data analytics or visualization tools such as Power BI, R, Tableau, or SQL
• Understanding of global compensation and benefits practices (India, Philippines, US, or Global)
• Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
