Compensation Associate – Rewards Data Intelligence

Responsibilities

• Manage the full compensation survey cycle from launch to report delivery, ensuring accuracy and quality
• Serve as the primary client contact, leading job matching sessions and resolving data issues
• Analyze large datasets to interpret compensation trends and deliver actionable insights
• Prepare impactful reports and presentations for high-profile consulting engagements
• Support bespoke consulting projects, including benchmarking and incentive plan design
• Contribute to industry research, training, and business development initiatives

Requirements

• 1–3 years of compensation survey experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical, project management, and organizational abilities
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Human Resources or prior consulting experience
• Advanced Excel expertise (statistical analysis, graphs, lookups, and formulas)
• Experience working with global financial services clients
• Familiarity with compensation program design and market practice reporting
