Compensation and Token Programs Manager

Responsibilities

• Own token award programs and processes end-to-end including grant creation, acceptance, tracking, and vesting events
• Maintain token pool visibility and partner with Finance and People leadership on budgeting and forecasting
• Develop dashboards and recurring reporting for leadership self-service
• Serve as the primary point of contact for compensation inquiries and scale enablement
• Own data integrity across token compensation systems through proactive checks and audit-ready controls
• Identify bottlenecks and eliminate manual work to improve process resiliency

Requirements

• Ability to build and maintain reliable data models and reporting in SQL and/or Sheets
• Experience building dashboards and quality assurance systems like automated checks and reconciliation pipelines
• Track record of partnering cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, People, and Engineering teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguity
