Compensation and Stock Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage employee compensation and the employee stock program through business intelligence and data analysis
• Collaborate with Epic executives to identify trends and reporting needs
• Lead high-impact projects involving complex data development and process improvement
• Execute regular ongoing events, such as annual raises and end-of-year bonuses
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to solve organizational issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (technical major preferred)
• Eligibility to work in the US without visa sponsorship
• Ability to relocate to the Madison, WI area (reimbursement provided)
• COVID-19 vaccination

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with statistical analysis and reporting
• Proficiency in SQL development, databases, and reporting
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
