About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage employee compensation and the employee stock program through business intelligence and data analysis
- Collaborate with Epic executives to identify trends and reporting needs
- Lead high-impact projects involving complex data development and process improvement
- Execute regular ongoing events, such as annual raises and end-of-year bonuses
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to solve organizational issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (technical major preferred)
- Eligibility to work in the US without visa sponsorship
- Ability to relocate to the Madison, WI area (reimbursement provided)
- COVID-19 vaccination
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with statistical analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in SQL development, databases, and reporting
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
