About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity compensation.
- Lead the global mobility program by partnering with external immigration counsel and relocation vendors to support international hires and transfers.
- Oversee the offer compensation process to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness across all job families.
- Partner with leadership to resolve complex compensation issues and support strategic decision-making.
- Support performance and compensation cycles by providing data-driven insights, calibration guidance, and manager resources.
- Create compelling data narratives and presentations for leadership to translate analysis into clear recommendations.
- Lead change management and communications regarding compensation practices for both managers and individual contributors.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience, with at least 2+ years specifically in Compensation roles.
- Proven experience managing compensation for Engineering, GTM, and Operations functions.
- Experience with job architecture, leveling guides, and market analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience working closely with internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a high-growth startup building compensation programs from the ground up.
- Experience leading compensation program initiatives within a matrixed organization.
