About the role
Responsibilities
- Organize and monitor salary revision campaigns and bonuses
- Support the application of variable compensation, harmonization, and pricing policies
- Propose compensation ranges in collaboration with operational HR
- Maintain the organizational entity repository and ensure HR data quality
- Create and monitor HR dashboards and indicators (headcount, absenteeism, payroll)
- Provide data for CSE and CSSCT
- Perform regulatory reporting (gender equality index, social reports)
- Advise HR actors on performance management
- Participate in contract profitability studies with commercial teams
- Support the study office in tender responses
- Prepare and quantify mandatory annual negotiations (NAO)
- Support the CFO in budget preparation and payroll monitoring
- Manage profit-sharing indicators
Requirements
- Bac +3 to Bac +5 degree in payroll and/or human resources
- 3 years of experience in HR and/or payroll functions
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
- Proficiency in HRIS tools (ADP/GXP, BO Paie, HRi)
- Knowledge of ChronoTime is appreciated
- Knowledge of Looker Studio is a plus
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
