Responsibilities
- Monthly management of business-related bonuses through payroll integration
- Production of reporting for COMEX members and key executives
- Management of employee savings schemes and calculation of profit-sharing
- Financial studies and projections regarding compensation and social benefits
- Operational participation in salary review campaigns
- Monitoring of regulations and laws impacting the Compensation & Benefits department
- Contribution to the digitalization of processes and reporting industrialization
Requirements
- Master 1 or 2 degree with a specialization in HR
- Proficiency in Excel and IT tools (HRIS, query tools, databases)
- Strong understanding of HR and financial environments
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data accuracy and rigor
- Respect for data confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work transversally
- Synthesis skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or interest in quantitative data analysis
- Structured approach to task management
