Compensation Analytic Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the EAMEI compensation specialists team to ensure consistent application of Group Compensation policies
• Drive process automation and standardization by transitioning manual processes to global system solutions
• Act as the primary regional liaison with Group Total Rewards, GBS, and HR Digital Services to define business requirements
• Orchestrate end-to-end annual compensation campaigns, including Merit and Bonus cycles, ensuring data accuracy and on-time delivery
• Establish and enforce rigorous data governance protocols to ensure the quality and reliability of compensation data
• Identify transactional tasks suitable for offshoring to Global Business Services (GBS) and manage the migration process
• Manage the team budget and drive technical competency development, such as advanced analytics and automation scripting

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or an equivalent field
• Experience with Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar HRIS compensation modules
• Strong analytical skills with a high level of digital savviness and data orientation
• Proven team leadership experience, ideally managing geographically dispersed and multicultural teams
• Demonstrated project management and planning skills
• Process-oriented mindset with experience in continuous improvement and standardization
