Compensation Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of job architecture and global compensation structures
• Contribute to the annual compensation review process and salary administration
• Maintain and enhance pay range documentation to support program integrity
• Develop compensation models and provide analytical insights for various initiatives
• Conduct compensation benchmark assessments leveraging market trends and industry data
• Manage end-to-end participation in external salary surveys, including job matching and vendor coordination
• Partner with Finance and People & Culture teams to refine compensation-related processes
• Review and recommend improvements to compensation programs to align with organizational goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5 years of experience in compensation, including job evaluation and pay structure design
• Expertise in salary surveys, job families, and career ladders
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and lookups
• Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for diverse, intercultural environments
• Ability to manage change and navigate organizational and cultural dynamics
