Compensation Analyst, Senior

Responsibilities

• Support and lead the company’s annual review process, including base pay, annual incentive plans, and equity plans.
• Develop compensation proposals, such as title and salary adjustments, in conformance with established policies.
• Collaborate with HR partners, functional leaders, and Talent Acquisition to develop competitive compensation packages.
• Conduct data analysis and market benchmarking to ensure compensation programs remain competitive and compliant with regulations.
• Work cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Tax, and Internal Audit teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
• Provide support for recognition programs and equity team projects through data analysis and ad-hoc reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in Compensation, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
• OR Associate's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• OR High School Diploma and 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience utilizing compensation-related systems such as Workday.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of direct Compensation work experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Workday or other industry-standard compensation tools and surveys.
• Experience interacting with senior leadership (Director level and above).
• Experience working within a large, matrixed organization.
