About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and administration of total compensation programs, including base salary and incentive compensation.
  • Manage corporate-wide compensation initiatives, such as the Global Annual Compensation Review cycle.
  • Analyze industry survey data to assess program competitiveness and develop insight reports for managers.
  • Partner with People Talent Partners on job evaluations and compensation recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on proposed salary adjustments to ensure policy alignment.
  • Perform monthly data audits and manage foundational data imports within the HRIS.
  • Conduct sophisticated analyses for ad hoc compensation projects in collaboration with Finance, Legal, and Tax teams.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of analytical work experience (e.g., compensation, financial analysis, or actuarial roles).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
  • High degree of integrity and ability to handle sensitive, confidential data.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of salary surveys such as McLagan and Radford.
  • Familiarity with the SuccessFactors human resources information system.
  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and interest in using AI to drive process efficiency.
