About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support compensation benchmarking activities, including survey participation and market data submissions.
- Conduct compensation analytics, modeling, and reporting to support talent decisions, incentive programs, and strategic initiatives.
- Support the development of AI-enabled and technology-driven solutions to improve reporting and process efficiency.
- Manage compensation data processes, including survey administration, report generation, and regulatory monitoring.
- Contribute to job architecture, compensation audits, and system enhancement projects.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools for compensation modeling and benchmarking.
- Ability to leverage AI and technology solutions to improve data quality and analytics.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience working with HR systems and the ability to learn new technologies in a global environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with high integrity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or financial services.
- Knowledge of compensation practices within the asset management industry.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud, WTW Compensation Software, or similar platforms.
