Compensation Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assist in the analysis, documentation, and administration of compensation and incentive programs
• Partner with high-level business leaders to communicate compensation changes for promotions and transfers
• Ensure accurate and timely incentive compensation payments on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
• Support and assist employees with compensation-related questions, reports, and training
• Develop techniques and processes for compiling, preparing, and presenting compensation and performance data
• Compile monthly bonus estimates to support financial forecasting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred
• 3+ years of corporate experience preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office products
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality

• Experience with data analytics
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Intellectual curiosity and a strong interest in working with numbers and data
