About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain and refine global salary bands and job architecture to ensure alignment with market data and internal equity
- Conduct ongoing benchmarking using survey sources such as Radford/Aon and Carta to provide pay positioning recommendations
- Support annual merit, promotion, and compensation review cycles, including tooling, input review, and auditing
- Partner with People Partners and Talent Acquisition to provide compensation guidance for new roles, offers, and promotions
- Administer global equity grants (RSUs, stock options) end-to-end, including grant processing and vesting schedules
- Serve as the primary liaison with equity platform providers and internal Finance/Legal teams
- Build and maintain compensation dashboards to provide leadership visibility into spend and equity distribution
- Monitor pay equity across the organization and flag patterns that warrant review
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or a related analytical function (finance, HR analytics, or consulting)
- Solid understanding of broad-based compensation principles, including salary structures, market pricing, and job leveling
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, specifically working with large datasets and building structured models
- Familiarity with compensation survey methodologies (e.g., Radford/Aon, Mercer, or Compdata)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive employee data with high confidentiality
- Effective communication skills with the ability to explain complex compensation decisions to non-specialists
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with equity administration, including RSU/option mechanics and grant processing
- Experience working within a global organization with employees in multiple countries
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday or Rippling
