About the role
Responsibilities
- Research, analyze, and present compensation data to assist with salary determinations for new hires, base adjustments, and short-term incentive targets.
- Coordinate the procurement of market data and manage the compensation survey process with external vendors.
- Conduct special projects, including FLSA reclassifications, cost-of-living analyses, and ad hoc reporting.
- Perform monthly control activities and audits to ensure compliance with established compensation practices.
- Maintain compensation data within the HR system, including one-time payments and employee data corrections.
- Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to ensure systems and guidelines meet organizational needs.
- Support annual merit and bonus programs and provide Tier 1 support for compensation inquiries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in an analytical role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive market pricing studies.
- Strong project management and quantitative analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of objectivity and confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.
- Experience working with the Workday HR system.
