Compensation Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct market pricing, research, and cost analyses to evaluate compensation structures and ensure market competitiveness
• Maintain and update company-wide salary structures through continuous market benchmarking
• Act as a consultant to HR partners and business leaders, providing data-driven guidance on base pay and incentive plans
• Translate complex data analytics into actionable recommendations for senior leadership
• Administer executive compensation plans and prepare materials for Board of Directors review
• Drive process improvements by developing automated HR products and services to enhance efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree OR 1-2+ years of related compensation experience
• Strong understanding of compensation trends and regulatory laws (local, state, and federal)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle highly confidential data with absolute discretion
