About the role

Responsibilities

  • Administer global sales variable compensation, including commissions, sales bonuses, and incentives.
  • Run monthly sales commission processes across various geographic regions.
  • Build and model pay-for-performance incentive plans for roles ranging from inside sales to senior management.
  • Calculate monthly, quarterly, and annual incentive payouts with high accuracy and timeliness.
  • Measure sales performance against established KPIs and engage with business leaders on sales ROI.
  • Analyze, reconcile, and audit commission calculations to ensure compliance with approved plans.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and enhance value-added analytics.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all compensation-related processes, systems, and procedures.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in sales compensation and data analytics.
  • Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools, specifically Power BI.
  • Expertise in compensation modeling and incentive plan administration.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft SQL and VBA/Macros.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong data analysis, reconciliation, and data mapping skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce (CRM).
