About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, implementation, and administration of compensation programs and guidelines
  • Participate in the job evaluation process and provide salary administration recommendations
  • Conduct compensation survey benchmarking, data collection, and market trend analysis
  • Assist with year-end compensation program cycles, including Workday testing and administration
  • Perform data collection and analysis for pay equity reviews and ad hoc reporting
  • Support quarterly forecasting, budgeting, and modeling for compensation recommendations
  • Maintain data integrity within Workday and assist with compensation module enhancements

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in compensation and/or total rewards
  • Successful completion of a university or college program; post-secondary HR program is an asset
  • CCP or CHRM designation completed or in progress
  • Direct experience in job evaluation and compensation survey benchmarking
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Workday is strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with sound judgment
