Company Owned Distribution Purchasing Leader

Responsibilities

• Optimize procurement for the Company Owned Distribution Network, including direct buy-resell goods, parts, and indirect expenses
• Standardize and implement consistent procurement strategies across a network of over 100 stores
• Develop and monitor KPIs focused on improving revenue, reducing costs, and reducing trade working capital
• Collaborate cross-functionally in a matrixed environment to align program outcomes with business objectives
• Track project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and resolve issues through to closure

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations
• Background in procurement or product management
• Experience within the HVAC or distribution industry
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA
• Willingness and ability to travel globally (approximately 25%)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and SharePoint
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and effective teams
• Experience with supplier negotiations
