About the Company

Firetiger is on a mission to help our customers build 1-person, $1 billion revenue companies. Responsibilities

• Build processes and systems to help the company run, including sales, recruiting, finance, and general administration
• Design processes that allow for massive scale without massive headcount
• Act as the first line of feedback for our agent-first data infrastructure
• Help early customers define evergreen success metrics and ensure Firetiger delivers on them
• Define high-level company goals and build the systems that execute against them

Requirements

• 2-5 years of professional experience in a high-performance environment
• High agency and ability to thrive in ambiguity
• Technical aptitude with interest in building automation, SQL, or agentic workflows
• First-principles thinking approach to problem-solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to build systems combining people, process, and software
