Company Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite first aid, emergency response, and basic medical care to employees.
• Perform routine health assessments, vital signs monitoring, and pre-employment medical reviews.
• Manage employee medical records in compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for healthcare benefits and HMO coordination.
• Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety standards and company policies.
• Design and implement health and wellness programs, including health talks and vaccination drives.
• Coordinate Cebu-based engagement initiatives and wellness campaigns.
• Prepare health-related reports and document all clinic visits and incidents accurately.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with a valid PRC License.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• 1–3 years of experience in occupational health, a corporate clinic, or a hospital setting.
• Proven experience handling HMO providers and insurance processes.
• Amenable to onsite work.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid.
