Company Formation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute company formation and associated residency processes for clients in a timely manner.
• Handle license renewals for existing clients and manage renewal reminders via the portal.
• Prepare compliance check documents for review by the compliance officer.
• Coordinate and manage daily correspondence between clients and relevant authorities.
• Meet with clients to provide detailed information regarding service processes and costs.
• Issue client invoices and manage the filing of tax invoices in both hard and soft copies.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date digital and physical documentation.
• Manage client accounts and support revenue growth by providing additional services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1+ years of extensive experience working with a UAE Free Zone or a Corporate Services Provider.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and organizational skills with a proven ability to convert leads.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly structured and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize workloads, and meet strict deadlines.
