Community Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute the store's community strategy by building relationships with local ambassadors, studio owners, and influential community partners
• Host, attend, and support local and regional community events to increase brand presence
• Deliver a world-class guest experience on the sales floor, providing technical product education and assessing unique guest needs
• Manage product seeding strategies through community partners and ambassadors
• Analyze community-relevant business data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to store leadership
• Contribute to an inclusive and respectful team environment

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in customer service, community building, brand engagement, or grassroots marketing
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or maintaining professional relationships with clients, groups, or partners
• Experience motivating team members to achieve specific goals or activities
