Community Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute the store's community strategy by building local relationships and managing brand ambassadors
• Establish and manage key local relationships with Ambassadors, Sweat Collective members, and studio owners
• Host and support local and regional community events to drive guest engagement and acquisition
• Execute product seeding strategies through community partners and influencers
• Connect with guests on the sales floor to provide technical product education and a seamless experience
• Analyze community-relevant business metrics to provide insights and recommendations to store leadership

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in customer service, engagement, grassroots marketing, or community building
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation for travel to the assigned store and community locations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or maintaining relationships with clients, groups, or partners
• Experience motivating team members to accomplish specific goals or activities
