Community Specialist

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class guest experience by providing technical product education and customized purchase solutions.
• Execute the store's community strategy by building authentic relationships with local Ambassadors, studio owners, and fitness influencers.
• Coordinate and attend local gym and studio classes to increase brand presence and community connection.
• Support the execution of product seeding strategies through community partners.
• Assist with local and regional community events to establish the store as a local hub.
• Manage guest transactions and omnichannel programs, such as ship-from-store options, according to company standards.
• Collaborate with store leadership to review community business metrics and identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in New Zealand.
• At least 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Active involvement and immersion in the local fitness and wellness community.
• Ability to travel to the assigned store using reliable transportation.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or maintaining professional relationships with clients or community groups.
• Proven ability to motivate others to achieve shared goals or activities.
