Community Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute the store's community strategy by building relationships with local ambassadors and influential community partners
• Manage and sustain key local relationships, including Ambassadors, Sweat Collective members, and studio owners
• Host, support, and attend local and regional community events to increase brand presence
• Deliver a world-class guest experience on the sales floor by providing technical product education
• Execute product seeding strategies through community partners and ambassadors
• Analyze community-relevant business metrics to provide insights and recommendations to store leadership

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in customer service, community building, brand engagement, or grassroots marketing
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation to travel to the assigned store and community locations
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or maintaining professional relationships with clients or community groups
• Experience motivating team members to achieve specific goals or activities
