Community Specialist

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class guest experience by providing technical product education and customized purchase solutions.
• Execute the store's community strategy by building authentic relationships with local Ambassadors, studio owners, and fitness influencers.
• Coordinate team participation in local gym and studio classes to increase brand presence.
• Support the execution of product seeding strategies through community partners.
• Attend and host local and regional community events to establish the store as a community hub.
• Analyze community-relevant business metrics to provide insights and recommendations to store leadership.
• Facilitate seamless guest transactions and manage omnichannel programs like ship-from-store.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in New Zealand.
• Reliable transportation to the assigned store location.
• At least 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Active involvement and immersion in the local fitness and wellness community.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or maintaining professional relationships with clients, groups, or partners.
• Proven ability to motivate team members to achieve collective goals.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
