Community Specialist

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class guest experience by providing technical product education and customized purchase solutions.
• Execute the store's community strategy by building relationships with local Ambassadors, studio owners, and fitness influencers.
• Coordinate team participation in local gym and studio classes to increase brand presence and authentic connections.
• Support local and regional community events and manage the product seeding strategy through community partners.
• Analyze community-relevant business metrics to provide insights and recommendations to store leadership.
• Facilitate seamless guest transactions and manage omnichannel programs such as ship-from-store options.

Requirements

• 1 year of retail or sales work experience.
• Active involvement and immersion in the local fitness and wellness community.
• Legal authorization to work in Australia.
• Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
