Community Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute the store's community strategy by building relationships with local ambassadors and influential community partners
• Establish and manage key local relationships, including Ambassadors, Sweat Collective members, and studio owners
• Host, attend, and support local and regional community events to increase brand presence
• Engage with guests on the sales floor to provide technical product education and a seamless experience
• Execute product seeding strategies through community partners and ambassadors
• Review community-relevant business metrics to provide insights and recommendations to store leadership
• Contribute to an inclusive and respectful team environment

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in customer service, engagement, grassroots marketing, or community building
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation for travel to the assigned store and community locations
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or maintaining relationships with clients, groups, or partners
• Experience motivating team members to accomplish specific goals or activities
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
