Community Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute the store's community strategy by building relationships with local ambassadors and influential community partners
• Establish and manage key local relationships, including Ambassadors, Sweat Collective members, and studio owners
• Host, attend, and support local and regional community events to increase brand presence
• Provide technical product education to guests on the sales floor to ensure a world-class experience
• Execute product seeding strategies through community partners and ambassadors
• Review community-relevant business data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to store leadership
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and supportive team environment

Requirements

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service, community building, brand engagement, or grassroots marketing
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or maintaining relationships with clients, groups, or partners
• Experience motivating team members to accomplish specific goals or activities
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
