Responsibilities

• Build and own the end-user community from scratch, including platform selection and onboarding
• Own organic social media for end users, creating written content, short-form video, and visuals
• Capture and publish user stories, testimonials, and user-generated content from care staff
• Establish the social and community playbook, including tone of voice and content pillars
• Lay the groundwork for events, ambassador programs, and KOL partnerships

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in community or organic social for B2B SaaS, healthTech, or purpose-driven brands
• Experience building a channel or community from scratch
• Proficiency with community platforms like Facebook groups, Slack, Discord, or WhatsApp
• Hands-on content creation skills (writing, short-form video, and visuals)
• Fluent in German and comfortable communicating in English
• Authentic and empathetic communication style
