Responsibilities

  • Own demand generation, partnerships, and full-cycle sales within a single market
  • Focus on primary customer bases including Homeowners Associations (HOAs) and Property Management Groups
  • Execute deals through both marketing demand and self-sourced opportunities
  • Develop new business within a defined territory using outbound sales strategies
  • Maintain high top-of-funnel activity and consultative sales approaches

Requirements

  • 1+ years of outbound full-cycle software sales experience with closing experience
  • Prior experience as an SDR/BDR or in sourcing opportunities
  • Proven track record of consistent performance in bookings and pipeline creation
  • Proficiency with tech stacks including Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Salesloft
  • Strong presentation and demonstration skills for in-person and virtual settings
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced, data-driven sales environment
  • Ability to build relationships with Community Resource Officers (CROs) for referrals
