Responsibilities
- Own demand generation, partnerships, and full cycle sales within a single market
- Focus on customer bases including Homeowners Associations (HOAs) and Property Management Groups
- Execute deals through marketing demand and self-sourced opportunities like referrals and cold calling
- Develop new business within a defined territory using outbound sales strategies
- Maintain high top-of-funnel activity in a data-driven environment
Requirements
- 1+ years of outbound full-cycle software sales with closing experience
- Prior experience as an SDR/BDR or in sourcing opportunities
- Proven track record of consistent performance in bookings and pipeline creation
- Proficiency with tech stacks including Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Salesloft
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills (in-person and virtual)
- Ability to obtain and maintain Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) certification
- Must be located in Boston or Atlanta
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with a consultative sales approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
