Community Representative

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment throughout the leasing office, amenities, and tour paths
• Plan, coordinate, and host resident social events and manage event logistics
• Capture and create lifestyle-focused content for social media, newsletters, and digital platforms
• Serve as the daily brand ambassador for residents, guests, and prospects
• Support the leasing and management team by enhancing the tour experience
• Conduct regular walks of vacant units to confirm readiness and presentation

Requirements

• 1–3 years of apartment leasing experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and social media engagement
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
• Weekend and evening availability for events or tours as needed
