Community Relations Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and execution of community outreach campaigns and promotional events
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, donors, and community partners
• Represent clients professionally during live events, retail campaigns, and fundraising initiatives
• Support public relations and brand awareness efforts through face-to-face communication
• Coordinate event logistics, promotional materials, and campaign activities
• Help manage customer interactions and provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop outreach strategies
• Track campaign performance and assist with reporting and event evaluations
