Community Relations Director

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales and marketing department to achieve leasing and move-in goals
• Schedule, organize, and conduct tours for prospective residents of independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing
• Respond to and follow up with all inquiries from walk-ins, phone calls, and mail in a timely manner
• Create and implement community outreach programs and marketing events to generate referrals
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and professional care providers
• Collaborate with the Executive Director and Regional leadership to implement quarterly marketing plans
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and manage the community waitlist
• Monitor competitor trends and market developments to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements

• Experience in a competitive inside or outside sales environment
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales metrics
• Valid driver’s license
• Fluency in English
• Outgoing, personable, and self-motivated leadership style
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a professional demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in senior housing or hospitality sales
• College degree
