Community Relations Director

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales and marketing department to achieve leasing and move-in goals
• Schedule, organize, and conduct tours for prospective residents of independent living, assisted living, and memory care
• Respond to all inquiries from walk-ins, phone calls, and mail in a timely manner
• Create and implement community outreach programs and marketing events to generate referrals
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and professional care providers
• Collaborate with the Executive Director and Regional leadership on quarterly marketing plans
• Maintain an active and meaningful waitlist and manage the sales toolbox
• Monitor industry trends and conduct quarterly competitor visits

Requirements

• Experience in a competitive sales environment
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales metrics
• Valid driver’s license
• Outgoing, personable, and self-motivated leadership style
• Ability to maintain professional speech and dress

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in senior housing or hospitality sales
• College degree
