About the role
Responsibilities
- Schedule, organize, and conduct tours with prospective residents of independent and assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing
- Respond and follow up with all walk-ins, phone-ins, and mail-ins timely and appropriately
- Create, plan, and implement community events to attract prospective residents and professionals
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and professional care providers
- Secure budgeted move-ins and achieve monthly net gains
- Implement community outreach programs to generate referrals
- Complete quarterly media planning with vendors
- Maintain an active and meaningful waitlist
- Comply with all company, city, state, and federal regulations
Requirements
- Senior housing or hospitality sales experience preferred
- Experience in a competitive inside and outside sales environment
- Proficient with CRM systems and metrics
- Valid driver’s license
- Outgoing, personable, and self-motivated leadership style
- Professional speech and dress
- Ability to handle rejection and work in a high-pressure environment

- College degree
- Fluency in English
