About the role
Responsibilities
- Track and respond to all Community Relations correspondence, including phone, email, and mail
- Address and fulfill in-kind donation requests and maintain an inventory of autographed items
- Assist with game day and non-game day field events, including logistics and equipment management
- Welcome community groups to the park and lead guided tours
- Assist with community ticket distribution
- Track event photography and assist with storytelling for the annual report
- Support written projects such as player outreach nominations and newsletters
Requirements
- Strong commitment to providing a high level of customer service
- Strong oral and written communication skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in fast-paced, changing environments
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work nights, holidays, and weekends as needed
- Ability to protect the confidentiality and privacy of others and company records
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with Canva and graphic design skills
- Experience using AI tools
