Community Psychiatric Nurse

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement care for clients with mental health issues
• Conduct regular reviews of client progress and adjust care plans as necessary
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
• Provide support and guidance to clients and their families
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
• Participate in case conferences and contribute to service development

Requirements

• Valid NMC registration
• Proven experience in mental health nursing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Knowledge of current legislation and best practices in mental health care
