Community Psychiatric Nurse

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality mental health care to service users in the community
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and risk evaluations
• Develop, implement, and review care plans in collaboration with service users and the multidisciplinary team
• Provide crisis intervention and ongoing support to individuals with complex mental health needs
• Liaise with families, carers, and external agencies to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with professional standards

Requirements

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
• Valid NMC registration
• Significant post-registration experience in community mental health settings
• Strong clinical assessment and risk management skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable)
