About the role
Responsibilities
- Implement core programs across Economic Stability, Education, Health & Wellness, and Community Building
- Conduct resident outreach and surveys to identify community needs
- Coordinate after-school and teen programs including homework assistance
- Facilitate resident-facing workshops and group sessions
- Develop and maintain partnerships with local service providers
- Plan and facilitate community-building events
- Provide information and referrals to nonprofit partners and community resources
- Support food distribution needs and manage food bank partnerships
- Organize monthly outreach including door-to-door and digital engagement
- Recruit, train, and oversee volunteers and interns
- Collect and submit program outcome and social impact data
Requirements
- Experience in community outreach, resident services, social services, or education
- Ability to build relationships and engage diverse populations
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Publisher, Outlook)
- Experience with Salesforce, Canva, or Adobe Acrobat preferred
- Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record, and current automobile insurance
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- CPR & First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
