Community Physiotherapist

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality physiotherapy services within a community setting
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
• Provide rehabilitation interventions to support patient recovery
• Manage a diverse caseload and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to clinical governance standards
• Educate and support patients and their families throughout the rehabilitation journey

Requirements

• HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist
• Relevant degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification
• Right to work in the UK
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work 3 days per week

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in community physiotherapy
• Proficiency with System One platform
