Community Physiotherapist

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services to patients within the community
• Manage a diverse caseload including older adults and individuals with musculoskeletal, neurological, or respiratory conditions
• Develop personalized care plans and deliver therapy in patients' homes or local clinics
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide patient education and advice on long-term management and health promotion

Requirements

• HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist
• Previous experience as a Physiotherapist in a community or healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and treatment modalities
• Excellent communication skills
• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
