Our mission is to make high-quality legal work accessible and affordable for everyone by helping law firms and in-house teams restructure their delivery models around AI.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute multi-format events including intimate dinners, conferences, roundtables, and workshops
• Build a network across the tech and AI ecosystem, including lawyers, tech founders, and AI researchers
• Execute proactive outbound strategies via LinkedIn and email campaigns to drive community growth
• Treat events as a revenue channel by tracking pipeline influence and ROI in HubSpot
• Build relationships with tech and business press to position leadership as industry experts
• Manage event budgets, vendors, logistics, and scalable CRM workflows

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in tech, AI, or B2B SaaS
• Proven track record of event execution and professional hosting
• Strong network within the tech, AI, or legal sectors
• Outbound and sales mentality with experience in prospecting
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple vendors and logistics
• Self-starter capable of executing plans independently
• Media savvy with comfort interfacing with press and analysts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in community management at a B2B SaaS company
• Background in sales, business development, or partnerships
• Proficiency with GTM tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Eventbrite
• Experience speaking or moderating at tech/AI conferences
• Existing relationships with major tech press outlets
