Community Outreach Representative

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of community outreach programs and engagement events
• Build and maintain positive relationships with local organizations, community partners, and stakeholders
• Participate in community events, outreach campaigns, and charitable initiatives
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure alignment on outreach goals and messaging
• Respond to community inquiries and provide clear, helpful information
• Assist in identifying potential partnership opportunities through research and outreach
• Track engagement activity and assist with compiling reports on outreach performance
• Represent the organization in a professional and community-focused manner

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a team setting
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based or event-driven environment
• Must be 18+ years old
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or coursework in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, fundraising, or event support
