Community Operations Intern

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day community operations across WeChat, Discord, and Xiaohongshu
• Plan and execute hackathons, tech talks, and developer meetups end-to-end
• Create community content and campaign copy; curate high-quality user-generated content
• Gather user feedback, deliver weekly community metrics reports, and nurture key opinion consumers

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above
• Strong writing skills and fluency with major social platforms
• Solid understanding of the North American humanoid robotics industry and Web3 space
• Empathetic, highly organized, and execution-driven work style

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience running social accounts or communities
