Community Nurse

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain a safe and clean environment for patient care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patients' responses throughout the care process
• Provide comprehensive pre-treatment and post-treatment care
• Collaborate with GPs, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and self-care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC pin
• Experience in community nursing
• Knowledge of community health protocols and safety precautions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in patient record maintenance
