Community Neuro Physiotherapist

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive neuro physiotherapy services within the community
• Conduct detailed assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions accordingly
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
• Provide education and support to patients and their families
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of neuro physiotherapy services
• Manage discharge planning and liaise with community services

Requirements

• Degree in Physiotherapy
• HCPC registration
• Previous experience in neuro physiotherapy
• Strong clinical skills in neurological conditions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Proficiency in neuro physiotherapy assessment tools and techniques
• Strong organizational and time management skills
