Community Marketing Co-op

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Lead Community Manager to develop and execute community strategies across various game and social media channels
• Assist in planning and executing community projects, including online events and promotions
• Support the social media content pipeline by working with Creative teams to ensure high-quality, timely, and engaging content
• Perform light image editing for social media content to maintain visual consistency
• Support the evaluation and reporting of community sentiment, game feedback, and the impact of communication efforts
• Help manage and evaluate the performance of official communication platforms

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a post-secondary degree in a related field
• 1+ years of experience (professional or volunteer) in community management, social media marketing, or public communication
• Strong understanding of current social media trends and mobile game community trends
• Passionate gamer with a strong understanding of mobile games
• Strong writing skills with practical experience in writing social media copy
• Proficiency with Google Workspace
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Marvel Contest of Champions
• Video editing acumen
